Shipping instructions

1. If the driver is unable to successfully contact the consignee before delivery, it may cause the goods to be delayed or unable to be delivered; if the delivery is unsuccessful due to the inability to contact, the additional costs (if any) incurred by re-delivery must be borne by the customer.
2. If there is no one to receive the goods after arrival, the goods will be returned to the store for re-delivery, and the additional costs (if any) incurred must be borne by the customer.
3. If delivery fails due to incomplete delivery address or contact information provided by the customer, the additional costs (if any) incurred must be borne by the customer.
4. For delivery addresses without direct lift access, delivery service is limited to underground delivery, or a surcharge of HK$100 per floor is required, up to a total of five floors.
5. Shipping addresses in other outlying islands and remote areas may have surcharges. If you require special delivery arrangements, such as a designated delivery location, time or other requirements, please contact our customer service team before placing an order. We will do our best to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction.
6. Delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions or holidays, resulting in slight changes. We will try our best to deliver as scheduled, but please understand and be prepared to accept it in advance.
